Emma Aylett grey background colourWith over 20 years’ experience in business operations, Emma and her family moved to the UK from Australia in 2014. She now oversees Client Engagement, Strategic Partnerships and Internal Operations for Farrell Associates.

In addition to Farrell Associates, Emma helps her husband pastor a church in Buckinghamshire. She also spends time working with a number of charities and relaxes with her family, travelling and exploring new places.
